Kathy has delivered two TEDx talks, hosted a TV series based on her first book, and developed a stress reduction program for the U.S. military. She is the author of eight books, which have collectively won 12 awards, and is the co-host of the Fire and Earth Podcast. Her insights on stress management, communication, and positivity have been featured in countless articles, radio segments, and TV appearances—including a recent guest spot on The Dr. Phil Show.
Dr. Gruver holds a PhD in Natural Health and has studied mind-body medicine at Harvard’s Benson-Henry Institute. She recently completed certification as a psychedelic integration coach, adding depth to her holistic approach to personal growth and mental wellness. For fun and stress relief, Kathy performs flying trapeze and aerial silks.
