…Katherine specializes in executive presence coaching, women’s leadership advancement, and inclusive leadership strategies. Passionate about achieving gender parity in her lifetime, she partners with women and allies in business to accelerate the path to senior leadership and boardroom representation. Her work addresses the shifting paradigms of leadership, helping organizations create kinder, more equitable, and more effective workplace cultures.
She holds a Voice Performance and Education degree, is a Certified Image Professional (CIP) with the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI), and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). Katherine has served in numerous leadership and volunteer roles, including Vice-Chair of the Women’s Leadership Council with the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade, board secretary of AICI Canada, and as a committee member for the YWCA Vancouver Women of Distinction Awards. She currently serves on AICI’s Global DEI Committee, championing diversity, equity, and inclusion globally.
A Vancouver-based speaker, writer, and singer, Katherine is also the author of “Executive Being: Humanizing Business One Leader at a Time”—set to launch in late fall 2024. She is known for her insightful, human-centered approach to leadership, her love of challenging conversations, and a slightly irreverent sense of humor.
