Karyn Beach is a learning and Development professional with over 15 years experience. For the first ten years in the field, I worked as a training lead and training facilitator, providing instruction in front of the class. During this time, I achieved consistently high evaluations. After a decade I transitioned into instructional design, where I used a variety of applications (Captivate, WebEx, WordPress, Word, PowerPoint and various Internet tools) to create courseware and assessments that both met the needs of management and subject matter experts while also helping students remain engaged and retain information.
