Her passion lies in coaching teams and leaders, enhancing worksite communication, and developing cohesive, safety-conscious teams. She has supported drilling campaigns for major industry players, such as Exxon Mobil, Shell, BP, and others across West Africa, South America, Europe, and Australasia.

Karin has designed and led training for over 2,000 individuals, facilitated successful start-ups, and developed safety leadership programs, leaving a lasting impact on safety performance. Her hands-on approach is grounded in a deep understanding of multicultural offshore environments, empowering crews through experiential learning.

Beyond her professional achievements, Karin’s spirit of exploration extends to her work as a consultant and trainer across Australia and Southeast Asia and her role as First Mate on an expedition yacht, leading charters to remote regions like Antarctica. She remains dedicated to continuous learning, helping people and teams grow, and fostering safe environments.
