For the past three years Karenina Jahnigen has been offering Breakthrough coaching to a wide array of people, ranging from ADHD to weight loss and phobias, and from relationship challenges to productivity and business.
Her business is based out of the San Francisco Bay area, where her clients fly in to go through their transformational processes.
Karenina loves being vibrant and enjoys lifting weights, gymnastics and yoga, and goes hiking amongst the beautiful redwoods and in hills in the Bay Area. She reads a lot, explores new possibilities and spends time with loved ones in her free time.
