Kara Deringer-

Kara Deringer, as a coach and trainer, works with people to connect with their purpose and create extraordinary results in their lives.

She has a Master’s degree in Conflict Management, and has worked for over a decade as a mediator and facilitator. Over time, Kara began to see that at the root of most conflict is internal struggle.

Kara Deringer works with her clients to create practical, real life strategies for them to simplify their life – internally and externally – and to get on track in living their life’s purpose.

Kara is a part of the Evolutionary Business Council community and founder of the People for People Conference in Edmonton, Alberta.
