Jon Unal is a psychotherapist, corporate mindfulness trainer and mindset coach. He has successfully developed and implemented a wide range of mindfulness and corporate wellbeing programs for some of the leading organizations including BHP, Credit Union Australia, Sanofi, QSuper, Queensland Police Service and Toyota Australia.
He began practicing mindfulness in 2006. Since 2013, he has coached and trained hundreds of individuals and teams, supporting leaders and executives developing greater self-awareness, wellbeing, high performance, and resilience.
He holds a master’s degree in economics and graduate qualifications in applied psychotherapy and counseling.
He is the founder of Conscious Beginnings that supports organizations with wellbeing, emotional intelligence, performance, and engagement through evidence-based mindfulness training. He is also an associate of Mindfulness Works Australia, one of the leading mindfulness training organizations in Australia and New Zealand.
