Throughout his career, Jim has founded, built, scaled, bought, and sold multiple businesses, offering firsthand insight into what it takes to lead with integrity in a changing marketplace. His expertise has even taken him to testify before the United States House of Representatives.
Beyond business, Jim has been trained by F-15 fighter pilots and continues to fly his Eclipse 500 twin-engine jet. He has also completed over 350 podcast interviews and authored three influential books on leadership and culture.
A devoted family man, Jim has been married to his dream girl, Sarah, for 45 years. Together they have five children and sixteen grandchildren, who lovingly call him “The Grampion.”
