This sideline sitting can cost us success, joy and the opportunity to contribute to others. Jason knows this pain first hand. For much of his life, he thought he was destined be a sideline-sitter because of his pronounced speech impediment and coordination differences.

After years of struggle, Jason decided to stop waiting for perfection and started to do his imperfect best to go for his dreams.
