Jamie Honey

Jamie Honey has his national certification through the NESTA. He is a certified ShockWave coach, and a certified IndoRow Coach. He was an international stunt actor, and worked for Warner Brothers Movie World in Australia. He worked for Universal Studios in Japan. He also toured Indonesia and the Philippines creating shows and performing in them with Warner Brothers Movie World. His fun with and fast thinking, along with his passion to help others achieve their dreams, makes his training style fun, engaging, and insightful. He has personally lost 107 pounds, so, he understands how to help people make amazing transformations. He is also skilled in Martial Arts, Kettlebells, and Powerlifting.
