Hi! I’m Jackie van der velde, owner of Sacred Journeys, a business supporting people in transforming their lives through hypnotherapy, energetic healing, and personal coaching.
The last few years, I noticed that I was not fulfilled, though I lived in the beautiful state of Washington – I was restless. It also didn’t go unnoticed that I could only support my clients to the level of change that I myself had achieved – or so that is what I believed. As I would coach and encourage my clients to step into the greatest version of themselves – I felt a bit like, ” Why am I not stepping into my greatest version?” “Why am I living in a place that makes me long for something else?” I knew there was so much more I wanted to experience – but was not choosing it. It’s like the carpenter’s house is always the last to be repaired. There were other circumstances that kept me from moving forward – kept me tied up in a way. But finally, I decided to just go. I needed to live life with more adventure!
I started with baby steps – my first solo trip was to San Diego. That next year I went to Maui or ten days. I loved it!! That’s when I decided to really go for it and start traveling and exploring our beautiful world and experience life in a whole new way!
Now I live in Cozumel, Mexico and will be here until I’m not. There are so many places to see and people to meet. We really are connected to one another, Creator, and Gaia. When we finally realize that we can embrace each other in a whole new way. It’s quite lovely.
After stepping into my new lifestyle of freedom, my sessions are even more freeing – because I feel in integrity with who I am – and I can offer so much more to my clients because I have even more trust in Creator and our ability to choose – our ability to create our life – one step – one choice at a time. That’s what I offer my clients – peeling away the thoughts and beliefs that keep them stuck – and regaining the confidence to choose for themselves the life they desire.
