Helena is a Biochemist and a Registered Holistic Nutritionist.
She has a Masters in Biochemistry from the University of Texas at Austin , years of Cancer Research lab experience, and has taught Biochemistry and Biology to College Freshmen for 7 years.
In addition, she spent 20,000 PLUS hours doing the following:
– Attending health talks
– Studying different health philosophies
– Reading scientific papers
– Listening to podcasts
– Reading blog posts, newsletters, forums.
– And, of course, coaching people to completely to truly heal and get healthy.
All this to find the most effective and sustainable ways to heal the human body from the inside out.
