Doneane Beckcom: I am a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Hatha Yoga instructor.
For the past three years I have been growing my business and recently turned it into an online coaching business. I have been writing for local publications and doing local TV and radio shows, and just recently started and internet radio and TV show and my first book is with my publisher!
I love to help people get back into good health through proper nutrition and moderate exercise. In the past few years my health coaching has moved more toward women who are aging and experiencing hormone changes and symptoms, and helping them find natural remedies to deal with their symptoms rather than get on synthetic hormone replacement therapy. It worked for me, so I am teaching what I know and what I live in my own journey.
