Don Harris is CEO of TalkBack and also presents a radio show ‘You and Your Business’ each Friday on Dublin City FM. He has a background in radio, marketing and people focussed communication. During the 90’s he was CEO of Independent Radio Sales before setting up Cohesion Advertising in 1998 and TalkBack in 2005, when he realised his real passion is working with management and employees to assist them with better ways to work together. Nowadays Don’s work is all about People Engagement, how they interact, how they listen, talk and communicate through body language as well as everyday workplace channels. His special skill and interest is helping and coaching people to find their strengths and identify areas for development. Stretching over 30 years, clients have included AIB, Samaritans, DHL Air (UK) Aircoach, Data Ireland, Dublin Zoo, Engineers Ireland, Bank of Ireland and The Institute of Public Administration (IPA), Aristo and Nike amongst others.
