…Deborah holds master’s degrees in Choral Conducting and Library and Information Science. She also has a Spiritual Formation certification. Combining these diverse skills, she inspires and uplifts others. Currently, she is pursuing a Doctor of Leadership degree at Portland Seminary. Her focus is on understanding effective leadership in today’s world.

Her coaching expertise spans the Enneagram, Strategic Intervention, and mindset coaching. This holistic approach promotes personal growth and transformation.

Deborah is an accomplished author, educator, and podcaster. Her upcoming book, Inside Out: Experiencing New Life in Christ Through Integrated Discipleship, invites readers to explore their inner lives. With nearly 30 years of experience teaching and directing church choirs, she connects with people and fosters community.

Previously, she was an award-winning public school library teacher. Deborah is passionate about creating engaging curricula and leading transformative retreats. Now, as the Music Director at her church in Maine, she continues to blend her love for music and ministry.
