…Dawn is the founder of CDWY (Courageous Daring Wonderful You), where she mentors and coaches Black women Tech professionals, helping them overcome imposter syndrome, burnout, and the emotional weight of racial battle fatigue. She creates spaces where these women can safely lay down their “superwoman capes,” reconnect with their authentic selves, and thrive both personally and professionally.
What makes her uniquely qualified to lead this journey is her ability to blend vulnerability with leadership. Having faced her own challenges, she’s driven by a deep sense of resilience, empathy, and a desire to create lasting impact.
