I am an advocate for first-time home buyers, though I can speak on a variety of topics about the housing market, the real estate industry in general, as well as how to create and form a company from scratch and a create brand that is unique in a giant industry. I have over 70 interviews with people who used my podcast to achieve homeownership, and these episodes inspire other listeners to know they can do it too.
In one interview, the new homeowner told me she used to listen to OTHER interviews on my show, from other new homeowners, and pause the podcast after I asked a questions so she could practice how she would answer when she came on the show. Another inspirational story moved me to tears while recording. New homeowners that never found the education they needed and they were ready to give up till they found my show…so yeah, I cried on air. It’s a passion project, turned industry revolution, that also is now a viable business that doesn’t fleece the consumer.
