About Dale Young

In this current season of my life, I am deeply focused on sharing the principles of living a balanced life with others who are equally growth-minded. I believe that when we embrace balance in our daily routines, our relationships, and our spiritual walk, we become both wise-hearted and wise-behaving...

…This powerful transformation leads to lasting and beneficial outcomes — not just for ourselves but also for the people we influence.

For more than 30 years in higher education as a professor and administrator, I had the privilege of guiding and mentoring countless students and colleagues. That experience shaped my passion for helping others grow in wisdom, purpose, and balance.

I have been happily married for 50 years, and together with my spouse, we cherish the time spent with our children and grandchildren. Family remains the foundation of my balanced life and an ongoing source of joy and inspiration.

Through my work, writing, and speaking, my mission is to encourage professionals, leaders, and everyday individuals to discover the power of living a balanced life — a life marked by clarity, peace, and purposeful action.
