Chaithanya Kothapalli loves to design and implement learning solutions that help in skill building and employability among young professionals. With over 16 years experience in the Indian IT Industry, like, GE Capital, Cognizant and now Omega Healthcare, he relentlessly pushes the envelope towards this agenda. In these 16 years, his HR experience spreads across, hiring, workforce management, training, and employee engagement.

He is a guy who never grew up from his college days even in the corporate environment. He always questions status quo and keeps challenging things. His secret to being young at mind & heart is to ensure he works with young professionals all the time.

A learner for life, he is a post graduate in Business Administration from the Madras University, Program Manager, by Stamford University, certified L&D professional by HCG, certified design thinker, currently learning EX (Employee experience design), Social Entrepreneur and a programmer by hobby.
