Catalina Valenzuela

Catalina Valenzuela: I am solution provider. I look into the problem and systematically try to find a solution. As the Chief Solutions Officer at Grow Ally, I am responsible to help our clients solve the problems associated with their business growth and how to upskill their workforce. Mostly, I design and plan training programs to improve the impact that the workforce should have on business goals. I lead all the training projects including needs assessments, strategy design and implementation, scope and budget. As part of my responsible, I also helped innovation processes implemenation and the promotion of a learning culture inside our clients’ organizations.
I am interested in the interaction between technology, education and social equity and how the access to technological tools can reduce information gaps. I am a highly effective teamwork skills in local and international environments with colleagues and clients from different cultural and professional backgrounds.
