Brian Mininger: I help people who want to work from home, but don’t have a distraction free space, by building portable offices and work-spaces that go anywhere you want them to go… from the backyard, to the your clients location or on the road for a mobile lifestyle.
I am a passionate “builder.” I have been building things ever since a was a toddler. I love seeing “raw materials” come together through hard work and creativity into something that makes our world a better place. Through the years I have applied that passion to building structures, relationships, companies, organizations, teams and communities.
I have worked in the construction industry for 20 years. I began my career managing volunteer work crews for Habitat for Humanity. Through the years I have been involved in all aspects of the industry from field work to owning and building a Design/Build remodeling firm.
I bring a strong background in leadership, team building, and operations to the founding of Bear Creek Enterprises. My focus is to make sure that our production team is functioning at a high level to deliver our projects and products on-time and on-budget.
I am passionate about helping fuel the growth of business and our economy through delivering construction services and portable work solutions that meet the growth needs of our clients.
My family and I reside in the Shenandoah valley. I love participating in the many activities of my 4 teenage daughters, connecting with friends & family, spending time outdoors, and cheering on my favorite sports teams. I am an active member of the Bridge Christian Church and the Greater Augusta Regional Chamber of Commerce.
