As a consultant, BJ Davis has led teams around the globe in creative mining.  Her background as a lead challenge course facilitator for 9 years coupled with over 2,700 program hours helping teams understand their strengths and weaknesses has landed her as a popular speaker and facilitator for programs that evoke self-evaluation and growth in both personal and professional realms.

Known for the last 17 years as a true activist for inclusive and diverse leadership, BJ Davis is the Creative Director and Lead Facilitator for BJD Leadership Training & Team Development.. http://www.coachbj.com. During her career, BJ Davis has led leadership and team initiatives at the Women’s University of Qatar, William Peace College, the University of Colorado, Meredith College in Raleigh and for the second consecutive year, launched “Building Peace Through Reconciliation,” a teen global leadership program with both Iraq and N. American students.

Her educational background is in Psychology and Leadership Studies, with a concentration in Women in Leadership Roles. She is a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner and has had both wellness and health coach training. She has also been trained by the Coaches Training Institute as a Co-Active Coach.  She has lived, studied and taught English in Italy and has traveled extensively.  She is also the author of a quirky character named Skinny Beni with the first book, “Incidents and Happenings” launching, November 2019..
