My name is Autumn, and I’m a passionate freelance travel writer and travel photographer based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. With a deep love for storytelling and exploration, I’ve journeyed to 31 countries, 48 U.S. states, and 6 continents, capturing the world’s beauty through my lens and words...
…I hold a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature with a focus in Creative Writing. During my studies, I had the incredible opportunity to live abroad in England, where I honed my writing skills and learned the art of solo travel. With only a backpack and my trusted Nikon camera, I spent weekends exploring 13 countries across Europe, gaining invaluable life experiences and deepening my passion for photography and cultural storytelling.
After graduating, I became a flight attendant, which allowed me to merge my love for travel with blogging and photography. Whether I was flying across the country or documenting new adventures, my camera was always by my side, capturing everything from hidden gems to iconic landmarks.
While I enjoyed my time in aviation, I ultimately returned to my first love—travel photography. Today, I focus on combining my experiences as a solo female traveler, writer, and visual storyteller to create compelling content that inspires others to explore the world.
