…Leadership in Caribbean Digital Transformation

As Chairman and CEO of XHUMA, I lead technology platform development to enhance healthcare and public sector operations across the Caribbean. Previously, I served as Chairman and Managing Director of the National ICT Company of Trinidad and Tobago, where I led nationwide ICT strategies and large-scale e-governance programs.

I regularly advise governments, the United Nations, and global development agencies. My work includes:

  • CARISECURE 1.0 & 2.0 (UNDP): Provided advisory support on digital solutions for regional security, justice systems, youth crime, and human trafficking across the Caribbean.
  • IDB & Government of Barbados: Led ICT assessments to develop automated fiscal tools and health monitoring systems for non-communicable diseases.
  • EU/CTA Collaboration: Enhanced ICT use for agriculture and disaster risk management in the Caribbean.
