Anne Wooten empowers Christian men and women to break free from fear, people-pleasing, and emotional exhaustion by helping them rediscover their true identity in Christ. …Her turning point came in 2019, when she experienced the power of forgiveness and healing from past wounds. Through that breakthrough, Anne came to know a new kind of love — God’s unconditional love — which inspired her to launch “One Day at a Time,” her blog where she shares faith-filled reflections, original music, and creative insights that uplift and inspire believers worldwide.
In 2023, after faithfully serving for 50 years in the accounting profession, Anne felt God’s call to a new mission: guiding others through life’s transitions, from living distracted and performance-driven to living with “Godfidence” and discovering the treasure of God’s peace.
Anne’s first book of inspirational poetry, Where Faith Takes Flight, reflects her personal healing journey and her passion for helping others soar spiritually. Her latest devotional, The Red-Letter Code: A 31-Day Journey — Unlocking the Blueprint to Your Identity in Christ, invites readers to release old labels, discover their God-given identity, and embrace their new life in Christ, one red-letter name at a time.
Today, Anne’s faith-based coaching helps Christian men and women who feel stuck, spiritually defeated, or overwhelmed move into a life of peace, purpose, and renewed confidence. Through her signature 5F framework, she equips believers to walk boldly and intimately with God — moving from fear to freedom, one surrendered day at a time.
