…With more than 750 podcast episodes and 250 livestream shows, Ande has been edutaining global audiences since 2012 with her signature Andelicious conversations. She’s a passionate voice for positive aging, entrepreneurship, and lifelong personal growth.
Unemployable since 1992, Ande has launched multiple ventures—raising millions in venture capital for a tech startup, securing angel funding for a nationally scaled food brand, and bootstrapping several other businesses from idea to impact.
For 9 years, she mentored entrepreneurs through global accelerators like MassChallenge, EforAll, and MIT. She also co-hosted Boston’s high-energy monthly pitch event, giving founders just 99 seconds to pitch to a live audience and panel of investors.
From 2020 to 2023, Ande hosted the Startup Life LIVE Show, where she spotlighted diverse founders from around the world. The show streamed twice weekly across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter, helping viewers learn from real-life startup journeys.
Today, Ande is on a mission to dismantle ageism and inspire people to pursue new dreams after 65. At 67, she leads by example—proving that purpose and impact have no expiration date. As she says, “Pastures are for horses, not humans.
