Amy Gawronski Zuccaro is the Director of Global eCommerce User Experience at Symantec. Her team is responsible for the user experience and visual design on all the customer touchpoints for Norton LifeLock. They follow research-backed, user-centered design principles to create frictionless experiences in the purchase process, from learning about the products to enrolling in a program.

Amy has over 20 years of experience as a Visual Designer, and 10 years as an Agile practitioner. Her core skill is bringing order and efficient process to the wild world of UX design. In her spare time, she enjoys running, both after her daughters and in marathons.
