Chef Allison Schaaf, MS, RD, LD is the founder of the meal planning website, PrepDish.com. Prep Dish helps people save time and enjoy healthy, home cooked meals by providing weekly prep-ahead meal plans. Allison also founded Austin-based personal chef company, PrepDishPersonalChef. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University & a master’s degree in Nutrition Communications from Tufts. Allison has been a featured guest on over 35 podcasts, including Entrepreneur on Fire, Smart Passive Income & Food Blogger Pro.
Allison is an avid world traveler and loves staying active through hiking, scuba diving and yoga. She also enjoys curling up with a glass of wine, good book and her cat.
