Adam Yee-

Hi, I’m Adam Yee. I’m a food scientist who interviews other food scientists on a weekly podcast called My Food Job Rocks!

I really enjoy creating things whether it’s new, delicious, food or an exciting digital experience like a podcast.

I started the podcast when I moved to a new city and I had to do a lot of explaining on what I do. I tell people: “I’m a food scientist” and in general, people were really interested, but I got kind of tiring explaining it over and over again.

A lot people have said to me, “Man, your job is so cool, I wish I had that job if I knew about it sooner”.

When you recognize a problem, you might be the only one who can fix it. If not now, then when? If not you, then who?

During my interview with Engel Jones, I mention a few podcasts that have inspired me to becoming a better podcaster:

Smart Passive Income

Entrepreneur on Fire

James Altucher Podcast

Tim Ferriss Podcast

Tom Bilyeu – Impact Theory

Kid Song: Save It For a Rainy Day – Stephen Bishop
