Tom Evans-

Tom Evans is an author of 14 books, the creator of mindfulness-based time management and one of the most popular meditation guides on the Insight Timer app.

He is an ex-BBC TV engineer and serial entrepreneur who discovered meditation in his mid-40s after his second stressful business exit. He has never stepped foot in an ashram but has discovered many practical ways we can use mindfulness meditation both personally and in business. As well as reducing stress and anxiety, we can use it to change the speed of time by changing the speed and nature of our mind, how to get customers to find us and to have ideas quite literally off the top of our heads.
