About Sylvia Scott

Sylvia R.J. Scott has dedicated her career to empowering young female professionals around the world. As the Founder, CEO, and Creative Director of Girls' C.E.O. Connection LLC, she works tirelessly to guide high school girls toward bright, independent futures as self-sufficient entrepreneurs...

…Sharing Knowledge Through Mentorship and Media

Through her books, mentoring programs, podcasts, and events, Sylvia helps young women develop essential business skills while connecting them to a global network of female entrepreneurs. Not only does she encourage independent thinking, but she also teaches the value of community and collaboration.

In her presentations and workshops, Sylvia blends personal stories, practical advice, and skill-building techniques to inspire young women to take charge of their futures. By doing so, she empowers them to turn their ideas into successful businesses.
