Scott serves as an elder, teacher, and men’s ministry leader at Bayfair Baptist Church in Pickering, Ontario. He is dedicated to helping men grow spiritually and live out their faith. Through his devotionals and articles for Impactus Ministries, Scott inspires readers around the world to strengthen their relationship with Christ.
A Unique Journey: From BBQ Expert to Faith Advocate
Scott’s journey to ministry is unique. Born in Missouri, he now lives in the Greater Toronto Area with his wife and family. Before focusing on ministry, Scott gained recognition as a BBQ expert. He hosted a popular food blog, appeared on the BBQ Central Radio Show, and was featured on NPR and in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
Today, Scott has shifted his focus entirely to faith-based writing. He explores topics like theology, apologetics, and men’s ministry. His articles can be found at ScottRoberts.org. Scott has also contributed to Soulcon Ministries as a devotional writer and previously served as Captain of Team Canada.
