Hi, I am Rick Copley. I have been a fitness coach, trainer, motivator, and athlete all my life. Currently I am the owner of No Limits Fitness in Tavares, Florida. I complete as a masters athlete in the sport of CrossFit.

My wife Teresa and I live in Grand Island, Florida. We have 3 boys.

I spend my day creating content and trying to add value to people’s lives. The content is disseminated via Facebook live and my podcast which I have done for the last 18 months. My podcast is called “The Fit Life” podcast and I have recorded over 250 episodes to date on a broad range of health and wellness related topics.

My lifes mission is to change the way that we view health and fitness. Instead of it being something we have to do I want people to enjoy the process and REALLY enjoy the results!
