About Misty Gilbert

Misty W. Gilbert is a Transformational Coach, Speaker, Writer, and Blogger dedicated to helping individuals break free from fear, shame, and limiting beliefs to create a life of authenticity, freedom, and purpose. Born in Paso Robles, California, she now resides in Bowie, Texas, near the Dallas-Fort Worth area...

…A Journey of Transformation

Misty’s personal story is one of resilience, healing, and empowerment. In 1997, she made the courageous decision to leave behind a life of repression, control, and abuse, starting over with limited resources and no family support. In 2013, another traumatic event became the catalyst for a deep inner transformation, leading her to embrace a life of faith, self-discovery, and personal empowerment.

She understands firsthand how fear, guilt, and past trauma can hold people back from embracing their true selves. That’s why she is committed to guiding others toward emotional healing, self-awareness, and intentional living.

Empowering Others to Live Intentionally in Freedom

Through her work, Misty helps individuals:

  • Identify the limiting beliefs and patterns keeping them stuck
  • Overcome fear, shame, guilt, and regret
  • Embrace both the joy and pain of life to find inner strength
  • Discover the power of faith, hope, and resilience
  • Build healthy relationships, set boundaries, and make empowered choices
  • Live authentically—aligned with their true purpose

Misty believes that true freedom comes when we stop running from pain and start embracing our personal power. Her coaching, writing, and speaking engagements are designed to inspire and equip individuals to live with confidence, clarity, and unshakable purpose.

Are You Ready to Transform Your Life?

Misty invites you to embark on a journey of healing, growth, and intentional living. If you’re ready to break free from the past and step into a life of peace, love, and fulfillment, it’s time to Live Intentionally in Freedom.
