  • 1100:Margot Borden works online with her psychotherapy and coaching clients around the world and in India.

Margot Borden

Three years ago, I decided to pull out all the stops and follow my heart. I moved my longtime Paris psychotherapy practice online and came to India on a one-way flight. Wherever I went, I met Indian families who, upon learning that I’m a psychotherapist, asked me for help. I spent 6 months travelling to many places in India staying in 15 different families and helping them understand and move past their issues. It was a deeply soulful and enriching experience.  In spite of my intentions to stay on the road, a series of coincidences/synchronicities landed me up in a room in a beach side apartment in Mumbai. I quickly realized it was time to complete a book I’d been working on very sporadically for many years. Psychology in the Light of the East (Rowman & Littlefield) is coming out next month! I continue working online with my psychotherapy and coaching clients around the world and in India. I do my best to fully live by my belief in following my inner calling. Inner and outer barriers are nothing but opportunities for deeper understanding, growth and transcendence. Margot - Therapist and Coach Listen another #12minconvo
