Lynne Wadsworth, a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, is an AADP Certified Holistic Health Coach, Holistic Health Coach and Certified Wellness Cooking Instructor. She is the owner of Holistic Health & Wellness, LLC.
She is passionate about helping people reach sustainable health and fitness goals.
