As the former CEO of FARE, the world’s largest food allergy research organization, Lisa secured $100 million in funding commitments over three years. She has also held leadership roles at PepsiCo and the Healthy Weight Commitment Foundation, driving national health and wellness initiatives.

In 2004, President George W. Bush appointed Lisa as U.S. Ambassador and Commissioner General to the 2005 Aichi World EXPO, making her the first woman in the 170-year history of World’s Fairs to lead the U.S. Pavilion, a $33.7 million privately funded project.

Named one of 2022’s 10 Most Influential Business Leaders by CXO Magazine, Lisa is a mentor, entrepreneur, and board member dedicated to helping organizations and individuals reach their full potential. She has served on the boards of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Girl Scouts of the USA, and Thunderbird School of Global Management.
