I am Krysta Piper, wife-spiritual fitness coach-minister-writer-dog mommy. 32 year-old ordained Deacon. Alabama native, raised in NJ and has a heart for the lost, broken and abused. My mission is to help my community save themselves from themselves through a balance of good southern foods and clean eating. I take the the most basic form of wellness coaching and connect it to the mind body and spirit through scripture and fitness. I help women heal, mature, and transform their minds, hearts and income.

I got started as a beachbody customer who had a desire to reach my church and black community with the opportunity of a life time. It morphed into a calling that ignited my preaching skills, counselor background and marriage it all with fitness. I first transformed my own mind, body and spirit and now I’m on a mission to help other women do the same.

My soul made client are young adult women (21-35). They are very new in their faith, still figuring out where they belong in the world but extremely determined to change the world. They have entrepreneurial minds, business savvy, great customer service and are the alpha of their female packs. They are the ones people go to for advice but don’t know how to take it themselves. They are a work in progress and I am the glue to help with all three sides: the spiritual, the physical, and the financial.
