About Jennifer Britton

Jennifer Britton is a best-selling author, award-winning coach, and the founder and CEO of Potentials Realized, a Canadian-based performance improvement company recognized for its excellence. She is not only a trailblazer in the coaching industry but also a dynamic speaker and innovative thought leader who continues to make a significant impact on the global coaching community...

…A Pioneer in Group and Team Coaching

With over two decades of dedication to coaching, writing, and speaking, Jennifer has become a recognized authority in Group and Team Coaching. Since 2006, she has developed and delivered ICF-CCE approved programs, starting with her foundational Group Coaching Essentials™ and Team Coaching Essentials. These early offerings evolved into a comprehensive 10-course pathway that supports professionals on their journey to earning the ACTC – Advanced Credential in Team Coaching.

Moreover, Jennifer made history in 2009 by publishing “Effective Group Coaching”—the first book ever written exclusively on the topic. She continued her trailblazing work with “From One to Many: Best Practices for Team and Group Coaching,” which celebrates its 11th anniversary this year.

Shaping the Future of Workspaces

In addition to her coaching work, Jennifer has authored essential resources for the evolving workplace. Her “Reconnecting Workspaces” series provides practical guidance for professionals navigating the complexities of virtual, remote, and hybrid environments. Notably, she published “Effective Virtual Conversations” in 2017—well before the global shift to online workspaces.

That same year, she shared her insights on the #12minconvos podcast with Engel Jones, offering a glimpse into her vision for the future of coaching.

Global Impact and Continued Leadership

Today, Jennifer leads Potentials Realized as both CEO and lead coach. She continues to elevate the coaching profession through thought leadership and high-impact programs. Her second TEDx Talk, “Coaching Teams Through Chaos,” has resonated globally, amassing more than 30,000 views and inspiring countless teams and leaders.

Her influence extends beyond speaking. Jennifer offers ICF-CCE courses, coaching supervision, and mentor coaching at www.GroupCoachingEssentials.ca. Additionally, leaders, teams, and organizations can explore customized coaching programs at www.PotentialsRealized.com.
