About Froswa Booker
Dr. Froswa’ Booker-Drew is a Network Weaver, leadership expert, and nonprofit strategist who believes that relationships drive personal, professional, and organizational growth. …and philanthropic guidance. She also founded the R2 Foundation (Restoration and Reconciliation Foundation), which supports Black-led nonprofits.
A highly sought-after speaker and thought leader, Dr. Booker-Drew has been quoted and featured in Forbes, Ozy, Bustle, Huffington Post, and Modern Luxury for her expertise in leadership, nonprofit management, philanthropy, and partnership development. She previously served as Vice President of Community Affairs for the State Fair of Texas, where she directed grantmaking, educational programs, and community initiatives, funding organizations led predominantly by people of color. As the National Community Engagement Director for World Vision, she built partnerships across the U.S. to improve children’s and families’ well-being.
Dr. Booker-Drew is also the co-founder of HERitage Giving Circle, one of Texas’ first Black Women Giving Circles, and the South Dallas Employment Project, a coalition of 140+ organizations supporting individuals impacted by incarceration.

Academic & Professional Contributions
Dr. Booker-Drew earned her Ph.D. from Antioch University, focusing on social capital, diverse women, change management, and relational leadership. She trained at the Jean Baker Miller Institute at Wellesley in Relational Cultural Theory and completed Equity-Based Evaluations training through UNICEF. Currently, she is an adjunct professor at Tulane University, teaching Governance, Leadership, and Sustainability, and serves as affiliate faculty at Antioch University’s Graduate School of Leadership and Change.
