Catherine Goggia-

Catherine Goggia is an award-winning training specialist and an award-winning college instructor. She has facilitated more than 5,000 presentations and has more than 25 years experience training employees.

If you are working hard to do right by your employees and your organization, but things aren’t panning out the way you imagine it could be, then she is the coach for you. You will gain tools to make things easier for you. Her training and podcast are also useful for those who feel like they are doing a good job, but have hit a plateau in their skill sets or perspectives. Continuous learning is one of the ways you can advance your career.

WORK SMART. LIVE HAPPY!

My mission is to enhance employee job satisfaction levels and consistent productivity through tools and information you can apply immediately. Employee performance coaching, work team training, and organization development are my key roles when contracted by employers.

I facilitate group training open to the public and webinars through The Butte College Training Place, and individual performance coaching through various platforms. The content I develop and deliver is based on real-life work experience.

I also assist organizations with their new hire on-boarding schedules and training materials.

I taught Business Communication classes at Butte College for 15 years and was honored to be the recipient of the Excellence In Academics Golden Apple Award.  I’ve earned degrees in Communication and English, and hold international training certifications with Achieve Global and Development Dimensions International. I am a certified performance coach. I earned international training recognition for one company and received the, “Thinks Outside the Box,” award at another company.

Publishing the Relatable Leader book series based on my live training content is a project driven by client requests. I am excited to launch the series and have several titles on deck.
