Her background as a lead challenge course facilitator for 9 years coupled with over 2,700 program hours helping teams understand their strengths and weaknesses has landed her as a popular speaker and facilitator for programs that evoke self-evaluation and growth in both personal and professional realms.

American students.

Her educational background is in Psychology and Leadership Studies, with a concentration in Women in Leadership Roles. She is a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner and has had both wellness and health coach training. She has also been trained by the Coaches Training Institute as a Co-Active Coach. She has lived, studied and taught English in Italy and has traveled extensively. She is also the author of a quirky character named Skinny Beni with the first book, “Incidents and Happenings” launching, November 2019..
