Andrew Griffiths is a ‘man of many hats’ when it comes to his working life. His bread and butter is Organisational Development, with a particular focus on people development systems/processes within businesses. His other hats include Director-level roles in multiple start-ups, including community building initiatives, leadership development and supporting young entrepreneurs. He is an IoD Ambassador for Young Directors and an active host and mentor within the #LinkedInLocal community.
