My name is Alex VanHouten. I inherited a rare disorder called Connective Tissue Disorder in which my body constantly struggles to maintain alignment without injury. Since I love sports and all things active BUT my tendons and ligaments are so pliable, I have spent much of my life learning how to condition my body to prevent and overcome injuries so I can continue doing what I love. I am passionate to help others find that for themselves as well.
Along the way, I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge that I have been fortunate to use to help others; inspiring them to accomplish more than they thought possible through training mind, body, and spirit.
