  • 1225:Agnes Uhereczky is a consultant, podcaster and workplace transformer

Agnes Uhereczky-

Agnes Uhereczky is a consultant, podcaster and workplace transformer. She is the Research Director at the WorkLife HUB. Agnes has over 15 years of international experience. Her natural curiosity drives her to identify current and future labour market, industry and workplace trends, as well as societal and technological changes.

Agnes is managing a number of research and action-research projects for a variety of clients. She has a thorough understanding of research methods, coordinates country-based researchers and delivers the high quality reports clients can use for deepening their understanding, tailor policies and interventions around and build their strategy on.

Human centred

Agnes is passionate about people and advancing women at work and in leadership. She has been mentoring young people with difficult life choices since her student years. She also believes that work can be fun, interesting and rewarding, part of the engine to a fulfilling life. As we spend so much time at work, it should be the right fit for us. Everyone deserves a great boss, who will foster talent, encourage continuous learning and allow for people to be their whole selves at work.

Systemic approach

As a systems-thinker she approaches work-life balance through the bigger picture of labour markets, workplace culture and organisational development, as well as gender equality and diversity. Agnes has been called upon a number of times by different European Commission, OECD, and UN expert groups, and is also consulted by national and regional authorities, as well as NGOs and private companies. Agnes is an economist from the Budapest Corvinus University. She is fluent in English, French, German and Hungarian, and speaks Italian and understands quite a bit of Spanish.
