Hammond Camberlain: I have strong leadership and supervisor skills that I have gained over the course of the last 20 years in the professional field. I have had to teach myself all of the needed skills to succeed in not only doing the shows, but growing and maintaining a community. I also have developed skills to coach, train, and mentor staff in residential treatment centers as well as other areas.
