The Goal

1001 #12minconvos in 12 weeks starting from January 12th to April 2019 , with AMAZING people from all over the world.

 Day 23 thoughts?

Today is Sunday 3rd February 2019. I am nearing the 1/3 mark of this journey. In 2016 when I had 1001 conversations it took me 31  days to record my first initial 77 guests. Currently I am on 94 #12minconvos guests in 23 days. This is not where I would like to be but I am thankful, very thankful.

Who did you connect with today?

connected with four AMAZING people but suceeded in recording three. Due to technical difficulties Bernadette Floyd and I were not able to record. Her never give up attitude to make it happen however was very inspiring. I look forward to having a go at it again. The three people that I got recorded were -

1) Janice Weir-Germia - eLearning Developer - Food Inspection Consultant located in London, Greater London, United Kingdom. Janice has over 27 yrs experience Training in IT and Food Product Development. She almost didn't make it to have a #12minconvo this early morning however she made it happen, no excuses allowed was her attitude. Interestingly enough she knew one of my cousins Betty-Ann. Truly AMAZING how small the world is becoming. More to come on her #12minconvos podcast #2118. Sneek Peek - Her favourite song at 12 can be listened to here.

2) Anouska Taylor - Vocal training for singers and speakers / Singer and Performer located in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Anoiska is an accomplished vocalist, performer, a passionate educator and teacher in all things voice. Anouska shared a quote by Henry Ford that I live by, "Whether You Think You Can, or Think You Can't ... You're Right. Anouska believes everyone can sing. More to come on her #12minconvos podcast #2119. Sneek Peek - Her favourite song at 12 can be listened to here and here

3) Dr. Debra Campbell - Author, Psychologist located in Melbourne, Australia. For over 20 years, Dr. Debra has helped people connect with their best life – as an author, psychologist and couples therapist. She is also the podcast host of The Couch. This fun conversation on love and the many pieces of the puzzle depicted on her book was more than welcomed by me. More to come on her #12minconvos podcast #2120. Sneek Peek - Her favourite song at 12 can be listened to here.

What was your biggest takeaway?
