…As a result, Mr. Ayodike pursued his education in Psychology at Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland, USA. He then gained further qualifications and experience with the Maryland Board of Counsellors and Therapists, and working within the Baltimore Health-Care System.
Mr. Ayodike returned to Trinidad and Tobago in 2011 and has continued his knowledge and growth in the field of Counselling and Behaviour Change by pursuing a Masters in Forensic Counselling at Caribbean Nazarene College.
He has worked in the private, public and non-profit sectors, with clients of all ages in the areas of Youth Education, Addictions Counselling, The Prison and Police Services, Trauma, Victims of Crime, Family, Stress-Related Issues, Mental Toughness for Athletes, Employee Assistance Programmes, Motivational and Performance Coaching. He is the Owner of IODK Consultancy and has co-hosted and was a guest on various radio programmes, podcasts and is currently featured weekly on CNC 3’s Morning Show and The Manhood Podcast.
