In September 2022, Tony embarked on an 800-kilometer pilgrimage across Spain along the Camino de Santiago. As he walked, he reflected on his career and personal fulfillment. The question weighed on his mind: “Should I stay or should I go?” He asked the Universe for a sign.
Six months later, the bank collapsed—an unexpected event that confirmed his decision to embrace change.
With a renewed purpose, Tony reignited his passion for speaking and coaching. He also embraced a lifelong dream: traveling the world. His journey led him to Portugal, where he walked the Camino de Santiago from Porto to Spain. He then rented out his home and moved to Medellín, Colombia, immersing himself in South American culture. His next adventure? Exploring Albania and more European destinations.
Tony founded The Leaders Path, a coaching community designed for leaders who feel stuck in their careers. Through mentorship, shared experiences, and accountability, he helps professionals reclaim their leadership power and rediscover fulfillment.
