…Before treating her first patient, Stephanie gained over 11 years of experience in the physical therapy field, working as a PT aide, front desk supervisor, and billing coordinator. She rapidly advanced from new graduate physical therapist to clinic director, then partner, and eventually opened her own private practice—all within just two years.
At House of Physical Therapy, the focus is on helping individuals who use exercise as stress relief. The clinic is well known in the NYC community, with over 300 five-star online reviews, and actively participates in mentorship programs such as City Tutors, helping aspiring healthcare students with their career paths.
Stephanie has completed specialized training in marketing, sales, and business strategy outside of the healthcare space. This education helped her master business development, team leadership, and sales psychology, all of which she now uses to mentor other healthcare professionals.
Since 2019, Stephanie has operated as a remote, hands-off owner, successfully managing and expanding her NYC practice while living in Florida. She has since supported 30 private practice owners across 13 states, providing systems that work for both insurance-based and cash-based clinics focused on one-to-one patient care models.
